Open Enrollment

Once the plan is in place, NFG holds open enrollment meetings to help you inform and educate your employees. We want them to understand the best ways to use their plans. Our goal is for your employees to minimize their personal costs and overall claims utilization while getting the right treatment at the right time. Your Nelson Financial Group team is usually accompanied by carrier representatives as well. After enrollment, our Account Managers are available to handle any concerns employees might have throughout the year. They are truly an extension of HR Department.
